We cannot guarantee our clients will get planning permission for any project. We work closely with a number of local authorities and understand what their requirements are to meet planning criteria. 


How long does planning permission take?

Your planning decision should take no longer than 8 weeks from the point of application.


My application for planning has been approved, how long does this planning permission last?

Planning permission is typically granted for 3 years; meaning you must begin work within that time or face re-applying.
